Do you consider 3 mg of xanax to be a high dose?
well do you? i'm asking because i bought some xanax from a friend and took them before i want to my doctor at Kaiser because i had an embarrassing problem i needed to address, and so i took one xanax bar (2 mg) with two xanax pills which were each 0.5 mg, so in all the dose i took was 3.0 mg. this dose work perfectly for me and my anxiety and i did not feel drowsy or dizzy. i convinced my doctor to prescribe me xanax but he only prescribed me 20 xanax pills and they are each only 0.5 mg. so to get my 3 mg dose i would need to take 6 of those pills he prescribed me. so logically, shouldn't i be okay since i know that my body handles the 3 mg good? i don't like the idea of taking 6 times the recommended dose, but like i said, i already took 3 mg and it worked great for me and i have to take 6 of those pills to get 3 mg.
