IMPORTANT and somewhat urgent question about u.s. immigration for spanish class?

they already xray and have drug dogs, they track plates for constant re-enterers, they ask alot of questions... i think what they have is working, maybe not all checkpoints have all this technology... what i suggest is finding people that wont take bribes because they have strong morals but also treat people fairly
